Donate or Volunteer
We are in current need of volunteers who can regularly commit to help and for donations to provide our families in transition with material goods to help them thrive in their community. We ask you to take a moment to read about their needs so you can consider your thoughtful donation. It takes time for our volunteers to sort and store donated goods and you can help us by scanning this wish list of acceptable donations. Volunteers:
-yard work
-dump runs
-food pick up (Thursdays and/or every other Saturday)
-furniture pick up and delivery (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or every other Saturday)
-general maintenance of our two locations once a month
Clothing Donations:
Please donate clean, gently used and/or new items.
-baby clothes (boys and girls)
-children clothes
-young and adult clothes
-accessories (shoes, hats, scarves, gloves, belts)
Kitchen Donations:
Please avoid donating novelty kitchen gadgets. Our families need basic kitchenware and small kitchen appliances.

-servingware and cooking utensils
-plates and bowls
-glasses and cups
-knives and cutting boards
-pots and pans
-dish rack
-mixer and blender
-toaster and coffee maker
-tea kettle
-rice maker and crockpots

Household Items:
Please donate clean, gently used and/or new items.
-beds (frame, mattress, box spring)
-bedding (clean sheets, blankets, comforters)
-towels, washcloths, bath mats, shower curtains
-new pillows
-kitchen or dining tables and/or desks
-kitchen or dining chairs, desk chairs
-couches (not pet hair please)
-dressers
-lamps, radios, clocks
-working vacuums
-irons and working sewing machines (sewing notions)
-strollers and cribs (cribs mattress, sheets, baby blankets, baby slings)
Other Useful Items:
Toiletries, diapers, non-perishable food items, Bibles, Spanish books, children’s books, Spanish/English Dictionaries. We discourage the donation most other types of books as we do not have the space to hold them.
